What is included in my Birthday Package ?
- Choice of Hamburger, Cheeseburger, 4 piece McNugget Meals
- Pizza meal (Available at Epic McD location)
- One Ice Cream cone for each child.
- Cake (feeds 20 if cut small). Additional Birthday Cake can be purchased
- Birthday Cake Ceremony
- Decorations (Ronald McDonald and friends themed hats, placemats, balloons, plates, etc)
- Different colors of table cloths. (blue, red, yellow, pink)
- Goodie bags for all the children
- Special souvenir for birthday child
- Access to the McDonald’s PlayPlace
- 26 Credits per child & 36 Credits for the birthday child for the arcade games (Available at Epic McD location)
- McDonald’s Character who helps with the fun birthday activities (Either Hamburglar, Birdie, or Grimace)
- Trained Party Rangers who will take care of all your birthday party needs & play special games with the kids
Is there a cost or charge for adults/parents to attend the party?
There is no charge for these guests, unless you choose to purchase food and/or drinks for them. We have additional guest food options available under Extras when booking your party.
The timeframe I want is not available. What can I do?
The party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) you were offered is what we have available on that day. If you want an earlier time or later time, please contact Marketing department at 407-859-7123 Ext. 109.
What if I want to stay longer than the time allotted for my party?
You are more than welcome to stay in the restaurant after the scheduled party time is over. However, you will need to relocate the party to the general dining area in order to accommodate guests who have reserved the time frame after yours.
What happens if the number of children attending changes?
You can edit your party to change this up to 72 hours before your party. We cannot guarantee that we can increase your seating after this time. Therefore, we recommend that you confirm your reservation online at least 72 hours prior to your party should you need to decrease or increase the number of children attending. Please Note: A Ronald Ranger will contact you to confirm your party details within 72 hours of your birthday party, you may make changes at that time as well.
Will there be plenty of seating for all my adult guests?
Seats for parents and observers are limited and not guaranteed. We can only guarantee seats for confirmed children that are part of the birthday party.
Will my party be the only party in the birthday party area?
Currently up to two parties can be booked at the same time at the World’s Largest Entertainment McDonald’s. All other birthday party locations can accommodate one party per time slot. Each party has a dedicated birthday party ranger to handle all your birthday party needs.
What kind of decorations do you have and/or can I bring my own?
We offer decorations that are Ronald McDonald & Friends themed. You are more than welcome to bring in your own decorations if they can simply be added to ours, such as cake plates. Table cloths are not permitted. However, the price of the party cannot be altered.
Can I bring my own cake? Can I order an additional cake?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake. You can still have our Ronald McDonald vanilla sheet cake to have at the party or take home. It feeds approximately 20, if cut into small pieces. You are also able to order an additional cake under the Extras option when booking your party.
What are in our goodie bags?
McDonald’s goodie bags are prefilled with a variety of Ronald McDonald Friends themes toys and treats for the children attending the Birthday party which are approved by the McDonald’s Corporation. Please feel free to add to them however there are no substitutions.
What is the special souvenir for the birthday child?
The special McDonald’s souvenir varies but it is always a Ronald McDonald novelty item.
What items am I not allowed to bring to a party?
McDonald’s does not allow outside entertainment, piñatas, cups, or outside food other than cake.
Will my credit card be charged? When do I pay?
Your credit card will be charged a 35% non-refundable deposit at the time of online booking equal to the total cost of your party. This will be deducted from the party total on the day of our party. The balance of party is due directly following the party and can be paid with cash or credit card.
How do I change the time and/or date of the party?
If you need to edit your reservation please call us at 407-859-7123 Ext. 109 during business hours or e-mail us at email@example.com.
Please note: parties may only be rescheduled one time within two months of the initial party booking to avoid cancellation charges.
What happens if I’m celebrating two children’s birthdays?
Each child celebrating a birthday will receive the game credits/tokens (if applicable) and special birthday souvenir at no additional charge.
I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What do I do?
Call us at 407-859-7123 Ext. 109 if prompted please leave voicemail with Name, Contact info and Date of Party and we will resend you your confirmation e-mail.
